Bernie Colling
I qualified as a level 3 Advanced Personal trainer at the Premier Global college in Finsbury park, London in 2009. My aim is to provide my clients with effective training systems, tailored to meet your fitness goals. Combining exercise with a healthy eating plan, not just for your sessions at Purple Mustard , but to continue on this path forever. There is no excuse for overeating and laziness. If you want that beach body, looking great and feeling great, then I can help you change your lifestyle to keep you smiling inside and out.
Also qualified in the deep tissue and Swedish massage styles, I can further increase your muscle tone by offering you a combination fitness training massage package to ensure your training is maximised through massage by keeping your muscles stretched and flexible.
My goal is that each client leaves their Personal Training session feeling strong, positive and energized. I have a wealth of Personal Training experience, and my clients have come to expect a fully optimised, dynamic programme tailored specifically to their requirements.

Tino is the friendly face you will find on reception, looking after our clients before and after their training sessions.
Neil Owens
I have dedicated my life to health and fitness, I have over 15 years experience in teaching and Personal Training and I understand how the benefits of physical activity permeate through the rest of your life. My passion for helping you achieve your goals is my primary focus. I am evangelical in my dedication and enthusiasm to constantly improve my clients health and wellbeing, and remain as current as possible in all aspects of physical conditioning. I eat, sleep and breathe health and fitness. I am proud to say that I both talk the talk, and walk the walk. After all if you can’t train yourself who can you train?
